It would have been an interesting last loop if Mona Brorsson had shot well the last round. It was a mixture of the pressure of the home crowd and high winds that did her in. She did the best she could.

I hate to add another comment but I just noticed that Mona was crying during that last shoot,. You have to feel for her. It might have been her best chance to ever win a World Cup race.

After watching this race again, when Mona Brorrsson was shooting, did I hear the music from the Terminator? If yes, why was it playing while Mona was shooting those last 5 shots? Seems not right for any reason.

Et, 3 ans après, en dépit de ses 33 ans, un peu moins rapide mais toujours aussi généreuse dans l'effort, Denise obtint, à Pékin, le titre olympique sur l'individuel, suprême récompense tellement méritée représentant le couronnement d'une carrière même si l'on aimerait que celle-ci se poursuive.
