On the topic of iced coffee at home... I don't know if you have tried making instant iced coffee but it is very good if you make it correctly and buy the right one. Personally my favorite instant coffee is the one from trader joes and nescafe tasters choice. You can follow a youtube video on how to make it correctly to your taste, but trust me, once you master it, it is sooo good. Ofc not espresso machine quality, but its pretty darn good. I use coconut sugar sometimes when I can afford it as the sweetner ( same goes with maple syrup or honey) or a bit of regular sugar( or no sugar at all, lactose-free milk is odly sweet lol). I use lactose-free milk because it digests better for me as well, and (pro tip) lactose-free milk froths AMAZINGLY well, better than soy milk. Besides instant coffee I use a moka pot. You probably already know, but in case you don't, it is an italian stove top "espresso". That makes some good iced coffee too. For ur iced coffee, if you have a coffee machine (or u could use instant coffee powder too tbh) just make one espresso shot (or strong coffee), put some ice cubes, top off with milk and add a little tiny splash of syrup (I use vanilla). And you will have a takeaway quality iced coffee. It takes a little more work but in my opinion so worth it cuz it’s much better than the pre made ones.
