How do you dash so frequently? Does the CD reset on kills?

yes! every kill or assist you get you get a dash reset, i also only play with the “enemy is killed” audio so when i hear a certain sound q, i know i have a dash reset. a sound plays when your teammates die and enemies die, i only have enemies on.

I sometimes am troubled using blade. The most common problem is I can't find enemies to chop. I probably should track their cooldown and ults more carefully but there's just too much going on for me I'll just watch other people being good on Genji. I don't plan on being good as these guys

i track CDs from hero’s who can end my blade, beat / boop, wall ice block, sleep anti, grav bubble, sigs ult, cass nade. and i dont go for anyone who i know i can’t kill. getting good at a hero takes many hours. good luck!!
