Russ I think the next evolution of the POV cam is getting a 360 cam and putting it in the middle of the circle, it’d be awesome

Man I love these banjo cam videos! It's so cool to see what your left hand is doing when you're working your magic.

Russ, The "View" was good! Among many things, it showed the depth of the string bending and illustrates "don't be timid, push that D string up till it nearly touches the fourth string". CORRECTION "B" String.

Been watching for years. Keep Rollin. (camera) yet, I just noticed Yuengling, (Pennsylvania) the old 35mm metal film can. ( pick case? ) if so; very cool. Even tho they were plastic when I was a young photographer, I accumulated quite a few of the metal variety. I have been using those things to keep everything in in from the Banjo case to tackle box. Also, about time for another POV vid.

Really nice banjo vision. I am just starting out with the banjo, and its nice to see the finger work. I also noticed there was a bit of re-tuning on the fly, or maybe that was some kind of musical effect.
@punchion5 жыл бұрын
He was using Scruggs tuners on that tune. The tuners are used to change the tuning with a twist of the tuner.

A great ole Earl tune. Even better with the guitar "Pull Offs". once made a stupid comment on Patrick's fiddle playing on Face Book. I posted an apology to Patrick 5 mins later.

Loved Lester Raymond Flatt's "pull offs" on this tune!!!
@chucktaylor43305 жыл бұрын
Lester's addition of the two notes on the guitar to accent the de-tuning was really a nice touch on Earl's original recording. Glad the guitarist here did it, would like to have seen it though.
