I feel like most bad trios aren't as obvious as this. I'm sure some are, but in my experience it's mostly you are walking behind them and they don't even notice. You are just sitting not a part of the conversation cuz they don't say anything to you. They hangout together and don't invite you, but Also don't say anything.

THIS. cause its not at all this obvious most of the times. I would find out from like instagram that my friends hung out without me, and when I would ask about it they’d tell me how bad they feel and it was so believable, only to see that they’d do the same thing again. If it was this obvious, I don’t think many people would be in these secret duo trio friendships

Yes there are bad trips but just bc there is some bad doesn’t mean there isn’t some good. I have an amazing trio and we are also on with doing stuff separately with 2 ppl. That key you have to be able to realize that it’s ok for 2 of them to hang out. That’s life. You should want that for your friend bc you have other friends too and they she want that for you as well❤❤❤

So true tho. My friend group of 3 started out ok but than it started going downhill. They hung out without me. Not even trying to invite me. We had a bracelet business and they sold so much without me. They always were talking about how much fun THEY had TOGETHER at the Taylor swift concert or smth. And I was sick of it. One of them even wrote I was a SIMP on the wall (it was a chalk board wall) but the other one made them erase it. So I dumped them. Now they are in a new friend group. And I am so glad i don’t have to deal with the trio anymore. 😢

It’s important to remember that not all trips are bad. And also remember that you should want your friends to have a life outside you. It’s healthy to not depend on your friend to only be friends with you. And yes things like she is showing are signs that the trio is toxic but like me and my trio, we have 2 hang out without the other a lot and no one gets jealous bc that’s a part of life. You shouldn’t feel tied to only hang out with everyone. ❤
