The lift hill is sped up and the rest of the layout is slowed down.

@@Enaronia He means that with a smaller roller coaster the car would travel a lot faster through the loops and twists and turns since on this scale the acceleration due to gravity is a lot more noticeable. In order to account for that, the video is slowed down to give the impression that everything is happening at the speed and timescales we are used to.
