Also, I believe item builds for every hero are situational. It is important to build the right item for effiency, especially for a hero like Hylos. Dominance Ice , Cursed Helmet and Guardian Helmet are the core items for Hylos.
Hylos Builds (Season 31&32)
Against a majority physical damage enemy lineup.
1. Warrior boots (Roam - Encourage, Jungle - Ice)
2. Molten Essence (Upgrade to Cursed Helmet after dominance ice)
3. Dominance Ice (able to swap with No.2)
4. Clock of Destiny
5. Antique Cuirass/Guardian Helmet (Against True Damage)
6. Guardian Helmet or Situational Item such as Blade Armor (Against Crit), Twilight Armor (Against Burst)
7. Athena Shield (Against Burst Magic), Radiant (Against Poke Magic)
8. Immortal (For item switch)
Against a majority magic damage enemy lineup
1. Toughness boots (Roam - Encourage, Jungle - Ice)
2. Molten Essence (Upgrade to Cursed Helmet after Dominance Ice)
3. Dominance Ice
4. Oracle (If you are roam with revitalize and your team have a healer) if not, buy Athena Shield (Against Burst Magic) or Radiant Armor (Against Poke Magic)
5. Guardian Helmet
6. Athena Shield/Radiant Armor (Against both poke and burst magic) (Buy both if there are too much magic damage.
7. Twilight Armor/Blade Armor for Utility (if enemy have 4 magic and 1 physical MM/burst physical damage dealer, eg, Aldous.) Do not buy item 6 if you are going for 1 Utility last item.
8. Immortal (For Item switch)
To understand the builds better, one must also understand every heroes nature of damage. (Physical/Magical/True/Crit/Hp%)
These builds are also not fixed and are subjected to changes as every matchup is unique.

Sir, i know you mostly used revital as your battle spell, what about vengeance? Cause you will have to face mm damage. Like claude, moskov etc.... is it not helpful than revital in this case?

Yes you are right. Personally I experimented lots of game using vengeance. It only worked well against enemies like Claude. Or rather sad to say, it only work great against Claude. Revitalize is severely underrated and its a very team oriented battle spell to have. Even against Claude, I sometimes still use revitalize be it even if it's a boring spell. It helps you to win drastically especially in a heavy lifesteal meta like now. Vengeance is just not viable enough for me. However this does not mean other heroes like Thamuz or even Claude himself don't use vengeance themselves. It's a situational great spell afterall.

Is it worth going hybrid build for hylos?

The only "hybrid" item I will suggest is clock of destiny. It does make you deal alot more damage and get tankier. It is not recommended to buy ice queen wand as it makes you squishy. By the time you have this item, the lifesteal you get from it will be insignificant. And the slow from your skill 2 is sufficient. Also, only get clock of destiny when your team is leading as you will most probably get it at an earlier timing, it will be more efficient. Hope this helps!

@@decivs lol does buying glowing wand help in some cases? It gives some hp and also has a passive of burning enemies and give 5 percent movement speed.

@@monarchy2324 It is not value for its cost as you require more HP to have burst damage from your emblem, "concussive blast". Getting a cursed helmet here would be a better choice as it also help to clear minions, deal more damage to enemy hero and provide more sustainability. It also scales with other defensive items as your overall HP increase. Glowing wand is not really useful if you use it against low HP targets. The movement speed can be compensated by your skill 1. During late game in the midst of battle, the value of glowing wand drops even more. Especially when you are needed to be inside of a team fight. However, I believe belerick (due to his passive) will benefit more from glowing wand. Feel free to experiment!
