POV PHOTOGRAPHY with the LAMBORGHINI SC63 RACE CAR at COTA

Join me as I take a wild ride in the back of a minivan around F1's Circuit of the Americas in Austin TX, with the brand new Lamborghini SC63 LMDh car during a private filming session in December 2023.
The SC63 will debut in the 2024 World Endurance Championship and 2024 IMSA season, including the 24 hours of Le Mans, and features a 671 bhp twin turbo V8 hybrid engine developed for top level competition in both series.
I was joined on this shoot by Andrea Lorenzina (Iron Lynx Photographer) as well as videographer Mark Urban. I will also have a full vlog coming soon (ish I hope) documenting the entire testing experience in Austin with the SC63.

Thanks for the BTS-Look into this kind of photography. Technical question: Why the high aperture? Or rather - would your aperture / shutter speed settings be different for a faster moving car in a race? Or did the weather dictate these settings? EDIT: And I see you answered this in another comment :)

Never would have thought you'd be shooting at such a small aperture size and slow shutter speed. Cloudy day must be hard to get such sharp images. Very cool to see your process. Love your stuff!
