So how and why are you assigned a unit number for a POV? Is it a state requirement or self applied as 641?

@@n150cz9 at the time, I was a Lieutenant for the station. I carried a med bag on me. So was able to respond directly to scenes of I was closer or there was already an engine enroute. This department went paid and had no more volleys
