Exactly my thoughts, and answers. Na'Krasha asks you to confess to crimes several times, even ones unrelated to your arrest. Tries to appeal to you as a "fellow criminal," as someone also stuck spending a lot of time in the prison eating its food and also with flattery. And she even asks what your trial defence would be (so they can prepare to counter it?) Then asks for what sort of bribes you can give if she lets you go. I was half expecting it to legitimately be revealed as an interrogation at the end.

This one in particular works great for quiet characters. I can absolutely see my one-armed Kalashtar just sitting silently and patiently making eye contact for this entire conversation as Na'Krasha basically just talks herself into taking a shine to him. Would be a fantastic and hilarious backstory element and character dynamic for a duo at the table. Na'Krasha starts a 'conversation,' which is really just her airing out her thoughts while Khorvaltesh sits there patiently listening. At the conversation's end, she leaves happy to have had a good talk with someone, and Khorvaltesh just continues whatever he was doing before.

Peer pressure took a toll on her and she did a lot more killing than she's normally okay with. She left them because she got bored. She then was pissed when they said she couldn't leave. Turned into a shark, bit the nearest pirate and swam away. She has a scar on her lower back from when she was getting away. It's one of the few scars she still remembers the origin of. What she did there haunts her now that she's matured. She uses it as a bar story, but with quite a few embellishments."

9:26 Well me and my party killed this guy because it looked like he was going to kill our other party member... But we later realized he might have been trying to help them. We were going to go on trial for this, but then the party member we "saved" screwed up our chances of that by running away. And then we had to escape jail, so some of my other party members used my characters trauma issues to get us out(she uses a plush Dragon to cope, but they took that away when we went into the jail cell, so she was rocking back and forth panicking until they pointed out that the guard took her dragon, so either we killed the guard or just harmed them, I don't remember..). If anyone's wondering (even if you weren't, this still exists), I actually have a dragon dice bag and that's why I included the dragon plush as a coping method for my character. it's name is Dergin. :)

Inventing a story of what happened as a lawful good Paladin was funny. “We were pursuing evidence that would get a corrupt noble in trouble and he accused the bard of being a thief. So the guards locked us up when I tried to stop them.” The Russian accent was also great you make a very pretty Half-Orc Barbarian.

I really do love this series, I've used the same character for all of them and it's really helped me flesh her out. And the give me your best pitch for letting you out was very fun because her best pitch is "oh please don't I'm in here for political reasons, insulting a greedy Lord to his face. You don't want any part of that...."

I love these POV videos! I almost died when I heard that strong Russian accent. I'm playing a tiefling barbarian with a similarly strong Russian accent. It was so fun to answer these questions in character and explore what he might say and do Thx Ginny!

I love videos like this because it helps so much with characters, and all of them fit with characters so well. I was wondering if you could do one for more of a lawful good secretive type?? I love the ones so far and they've fit with my other characters but I'm looking for one with my lawful good cleric with a secretive past 😄😅😏

This is my very first pov improv kinda thing. Super fun in my head I completely made an entire back story for myself 😂. I was a corrupt accountant trying to make ends meet and ended up in prison by being pressured into robbing a local tavern by some acquaintances. Quite fun, keep it up!!

"Give me your pitch, why should i unlock door?" Logen: Don't really know if you should. I did what they said, and a lot worse besides. I aint gonna lie, and I'm not proud of it. I was, once upon a time. But... Really, all i can say for, my pitch, as you call it. I'm trying to do better. Don't know if that worth much. Don't know if i even deserve a chance really. People that have done far less than me never got a 2nd chance, and I seen people try and change, but. Aint easy. I'm trying to do better. Thats about all i can give you. But, i can promise you this. If I do end up deciding an escape attempt, it won't be on your watch. I don't wanna fight you, and I'm not gonna have someone who seems at least half-decent get in the shit for my sake. Not anymore

I think that my campaign would get into a fight (Perhaps because of Edith idk) and spilt up, all went to Augury for a job, find out they all applied for the same job, make up and betray Augury and get sentenced in the prison, and escape but gets hurt so they go to the healer (forgot her name)

Ooooh I love this senario!! Can't wait to run this through with my tabaxi ❤ Minor note: I found the zooming in and out caused it to be hard to really get into character since in a POV your persepective should stay the same/move with your eyes. Felt more like a movie than a POV.

I'd love for them to show up right away so I have a sense of how long the pause will be, but that's just me. Your "you have the power to make someone's day" remark at the end is so motivating, it's awesome how you're sharing people's responses, too!
Oh damn, the ideas getting more and more creative - I mean, come on, that's a conversation no one has expected! I love it (just as much as I love every POV so far) - thank you, Ginny, for you're brilliant work!

Ginny I absolutely love these, they help me work on getting into character so much ~ thank you for making them. I'd love to see one where we're interacting with a Fanciful Lady at some great gala event, talking about the performers and making light smalltalk while you wait for your party to steal something from the back room ~ Or a Warlord interrogating you on the location and activities of your group to send word back to the BBEG.

what I like about these POVs as a DM is that I am also able to draw inspiration for npc's, voices and situations!! although I don't replicate the exact situation (I mean how could that be possible, answers can change the situation) but yeah, really nice! (I really like the prison guard btw lol)
