I'm just a little confused Perry. The editing in this video and tbh, kind of in a lot of videos lately, has just gone so downhill. I get trying to get enough clips for a good clip compilation every week probably gets tiring. But I feel like at a certain point you gotta show some respect to the viewers time. I'm gonna waste a ton of time here and most likely just get comments from people saying "didn't ask" or "I ain't reading allat" but this is more of a note for the editor / Perry in general. I think the editing of the video is just bad. It started out strong, don't get me wrong. I wasted a ton of time and counted the clips in this video and made notes for each one that was problematic. It was honestly fine for the first 7 minutes. The first 7 minutes has 20 clips. The last 8 minutes has 7 clips. That's a pretty huge difference and shows just how much the editor stopped caring halfway through the video. I'll start at the beginning. I'll just state the notes I took on the problematic clips but the first one was good. A classic clip. The second clip has auto generated captions "I'll be mean" when you said "I'll go B main" or something along those lines. I feel like only auto generated captions would put "I'll be mean" when it literally makes no sense. The 10th clip at 3:25 should've ended after killing Sova. Nothing else happened after that and given the clip at 1:59 ending so fast, it doesn't seem consistent. Clip 22. I have no idea why this clip continued after 8:20. Perry doesn't do anything between 8:20 and 9:17 other than rotate to A, plant, and then shoot a molly. His teammate gets the final kill. Maybe the editor wanted to show that they clutched the round but that doesn't line up with the clip at 1:59 (again) where that clip ended 1 second after getting a kill when more enemies were still alive Clip 23 No music. Long buildup, a lot of places could've been cut. Felt like I was watching a stream. I think this is where the music clip ended and the editor didn't loop it or add another music track so it's just silent for the rest of the clips Clip 24 still no music. Clip starts at 10:05 ends at 11:40, First 2 kills at 10:12 and 10:24, cool. Then just nothing happens. Perry rotates to B, fake plants, then rotates again to A, plants, then doesn't get a kill until 11:35. I get showing the 'inside the mind' tactics but the entire rotation could've been sped up, or cut out entirely. It just padded out the video more than anything. Felt like I was watching a livestream Clip 25 Still no music. Perry got one kill at 11:40, doesn't get another kill until 12:15 and nothing happens in between other than him rotating to B, Plants bomb, then walks over to C and here, I think it would've been a good idea to highlight "You have a lineup from C?" But it wasn't highlighted at all and the clip just continues with no editing other than the lineup zoom in, until he dies at 13:02 and wins the round. The editor could've easily cut out all the walking, showed the start of the bomb plant then the end of the bomb plant just like the earlier clips, then the lineup, highlight the team chat being impressed about the lineup, then a knife die and showing that he won. This clip was about 1 minute and 33 seconds long for 2 kills and a lineup. Again, feels like the editor just dragged a clip from Twitch into the timeline, did the lineup edit, and then moved on. Clip 26 Still no music. Could've highlighted the molly bouncing off the boombot as a bit of comedy. This was almost a good clip. There's no reason this clip should've gone on past 13:36. Instead it just keeps going until 14:24 where his teammate gets the last kill. 48 seconds of just nothing happening. Clip 27 Still no music. Long time between kills where nothing happens, I don't wanna repeat myself every time I see it so I'll say it one more time and just put a reference number. (1A) If nothing interesting happens between kills, speed it up or cut it out. Could've been a good clip but so much time was wasted showing nothing Then the community clips start. Tbh, those are cut better than the second half of this video and are much more entertaining. Again, I know I'm gonna get (if any) replies saying "it ain't that deep" "I ain't reading allat" "bro, analyzing a Valorant video is craaazy" or whatever it is that kids say. This is a comment aiming towards Perry and his editor. I don't know if you're paying for this kind of editing Perry but if you are, you're definitely getting ripped off. Editor, you know what you're doing. I've seen your other work and you are a good editor, you can make clips enjoyable. Why are you being like this on Perry's videos? I just hope you get something out of this Perry, really do some digging and see what's going on. I don't know if this is the style of videos you're looking for or maybe if you're setting a time minimum on your videos, but something needs to change. EDIT: Ok, I saw that the editor made a whole Twitter thread about getting you to 100k (btw your editor spends a lot of time on Twitter like jeez dude no wonder the second half was unedited) and he says that "fast paced videos don't click with his older audience" (btw, he never once mentions your name for some reason). So fast paced editing is unwelcome but that doesn't mean just turn this channel into a Keeoh+ channel. That's what it feels like this channel is turning into. It would almost make more sense to stick to one editing style consistently.

It's kinda disappointing tbh. That's just one instance showing how lazy the editor is for his videos. Using auto generated captions and not even spell checking them. There's also a few clips in this video that are basically just 45 seconds of Perry walking around then his teammate gets the last kill and then the vid ends like why even include half this video Edit: I made a really long comment about this video and pointing out how the first 7 minutes had 20 clips but the last 8 minutes had about 7 long unedited clips
