Find a duo it won’t really help that much in performance but it will help with mental also try and don’t overheat play like your teammates are brain dead and will lose a 4v1 that is how you rank up and this will sound obvious hit headshots it might not be worth right now but it is harder to break the habit later right now from what i see you have enough mechanical skill to be at least diamond with some time I see you hitting inmo but just be patient and keep playing gl
