You had always loved the forest. Since you were young, when voices grew loud and tiring you had gone on a journey. A quest to find who knows what inside the woods. A stream or a new bug beneath a rock was always enough. But it wasn't really. When the stars were out, when you didn't quite know which tree was which, a feeling stirred. Wonder, curiosity. The idea that perhaps there was something more out there, standing there as an announcement that the world held more magic and meaning than you could imagine. One day, after a particularly teary-eyed argument, you fled to your usual spot. The fog was thick, and clung to your skin in a slight clammy whisper. A leaf or two drifted downwards, catching on bug-ladded spider webs. All of this was familiar. You froze. Something in the bark of one of the trees seemed strange. The waving lines of darker edges seemed to invite the eyes with uniform shapes. You followed them as they arced and curved down the length of the trunk. All at once it clicked. Letters. Words. "We have so much to show you." Your breath had barely caught when the too-light footstep came from behind you.

A few of the creatures then began to creep towards the girl and spent a few minutes investigating her. None of them acted hostile per se, but they didn't appear to be very friendly either. After those few minutes, one of the creatures wrote a message in the dirt, which read: "Come with us. We want to show you something."

I wrote a little story to this (sorry for my grammar) : As you walk through the forest light rain starts and you suddenly feel sleepy so you try to find where you came from to go back home but as you are walking you see a moss bed near a big tree and decide to go over to it as the rain starts pouring. When you touch the moss you realize its soft and dry a bit confused as why the moss is dry when its pouring rain you decide to lay down and take a little nap to try to wait for the rain to pass. As you drift to sleep the rain starts pouring extremely hard and you start hearing thunder usually thunder scares you but this time as you try to cover your ears you realize you can't move. After a hour of being in a sleep-like state you are finally able to open your eyes, but when you open them you see a path of mushrooms that weren't there before so you slowly stand up and start following the path. After a while of following the path you decide to look around and you realize its already dark and you look around and see eyes staring at you from behind the trees. "Hello?" You say as you walk a bit closer to the tree leaving the mushroom path suddenly the eyes disappear and as you pull out your phone to try to film the eyes you realize your phone is out of battery and that its 2:55 AM so you quickly and panicky start running down the mushroom path trying to get out of the forest. As you run you get extremely sleepy again but this time you keep running, when you finally get to the path that leads to your house you start seeing eyes staring at you from everywhere, this time instead of pulling out your phone you keep running when suddenly something comes out of the bushes and bites your hand. You scream in pain and fall to the ground as you look up. you see a wolf-like creature with moth wings and glowing blue eyes. But before you can process what happened your mom comes running out of the house and before you could even blink the wolf was gone "Are you okay sweetie?!?" Your mom yells as she sits down next to you and looks at your arm, suddenly your vision goes dark. When you wake up you are at home in bed with bandages wrapped around your arm, and some tea on the nightstand. (if you guys want me to write more of this story please comment because rn I'm too tired to continue writing) :D

Maybe, if I'm lucky, it will be considered one of the greats like Gravity Falls, Amphibia and The Owl House like it is in my dreams. But for now, its just simply pages of character descriptions, one or two unfinished beta scripts, and a couple of drawn out designs. Thank you for asking about this! You can believe me or not, this is a curse I bare, I see things from places no human is supposed to, I can hear their speech nearly as well as my own, I’ve spoken to entities that only keep me alive simply because I’m interesting to them, wether their ghost, cryptids I’m not sure what else, I wasn’t born with a list of creatures I can sense, I only know they speak back. I have prophecies about people’s futures and even when I beg them to understand it won’t work. I’m not saying this for the fact it’s a neat party trick, I am simply tired of being alone and want to know if there’s any one else who knows this curse. Please understand don’t go looking for these creatures they won’t accept you as they have me, they see me as something they don’t see often, they’ll see you as trespassers. This is exhausting.
