pov: you've been classmates with this guy for so long, and never really paid much attention to him, even though your friends and classmates keep shipping you two and one fateful day: you catch him staring at you, and he gets your attention. then, you start having a crush on him and this goes on for two years, and you really think he likes you, and you start to fall deeper. he lifted your confidence because he was the only person who really noticed you, and it was really helpful especially during a time where you had no self confidence. over those two years of middle school, you both shaped into wonderful people, and even though you guys were in different fiend groups, and was way out of your league, you still had this attraction, and it never ceased no matter how annoying he was. you guys were starting to maybe become friends and talking more, when you learn he's moving away, and for a while it seems as your whole world is slipping away. but then, you realise that even though to the average person the relationship didn't seem so serious, he changed you for the better, and you changed him for the better as well. you've become more confident, extroverted and happy, and he started taking school more seriously and became more sensitive with his jokes. you start to accept the situation, and when you realise you've seen him for the last time, you don't have any regrets, and he will have been a key person in your life. now, you lay in bed awake, pondering whether he really did like you back (all you friends thought so, and he was kind of obvious), but you couldn't have been sure. you wonder if he thought of you the same way, and if he's thinking of you now. and even though if the whole relationship was in your head and he really wasn't staring at you so much, at least the little conversations you had, the little jokes you laughed at made you a good person, and you hope you'll eventually get back in touch with him, and maybe confess feelings to get closure.

I met this girl about 6 months ago, we had art class together and I thought she was really pretty, but I never talked to her. I remember one time I needed colored pencils, and she was using some, but I was too scared to ask so I ended up using the crappy ones in the classroom. I ended up becoming friends with this other girl who was really nice which apparently, she was friends with the pretty girl in art and she introduced me to her. I didn't think we would ever really talk to each other since we are both kind of introverted, but we ended up having a lot in common and we both love the band Lovejoy, and we share earbuds in class and were really good friends now. We talk whenever we see each other but I've never even asked her if she likes anybody and I don't know how to bring up the topic or tell her how I feel about her, I've dated someone before, but it never felt like this. I just don't know if I should tell her because we haven't even known each other for a year, I feel like I can actually be myself around her and I can't even do that with friends I've known since 2nd grade. She's funny and I love to make her laugh just so I can see her smile. I'm mad at myself because I know I'll never be able to actually tell her how I feel because of my fear of rejection. I always have this dream of us finally being together but whenever I wake up and realize it wasn't real it makes me want to cry, I just hope one day it will be just the two of us. I never knew you could fall in love with someone this much and you not even know them for a year. What sucks is that I have this mentality that no relationships from when you're in middle school-high school will last and the fact that I might not even know her in a year or two. I cry at that thought that I may forget about her, I don't ever want to forget about her. Shes the most amazing person I've ever met. I don't know how long I can keep these feeling reserved to myself. I know I won't ever be able to tell her directly, but I'll leave this "little" confession here for her, whether or not she finds it is up to the universe. I just want you to know that I love you and you are the best person I've ever met, and I hope you can return my feelings. I hope that even if you don't love me the way I do we can still be friends because God if I ever lost you, I don't know what I would do. Thank you for being here C, I love you.

I never really paid attention to this guy in class. But last year I was going through a lot mentally and he was one of the few people that appreciated my humor even when it wasn’t funny at all. I didn’t have any friends when we first met so he was really the closest thing I had to a guy I really cared about. We ended up breaking up. both got in some not ok relationships, alot of drama happend and we stopped talking for almost two years even though we didn't wanna stop being friends due to our partners. Almost 3 months ago we connected again and decided to become friends again, now we're doing better, we matured, got out of those bad relationships, moved on from the drama and fixed some misunderstandings, and are currently doing great, we both ended up falling in love again but now we know to take it slow and enjoy life. Couldn't be happier :)

i have loved him since the summer of 2022. i met him the day i adopted my dog. it turns out he had adopted the sibling of my dog. we also turned out to go to the same pre-school and we have been neighbours since day 1. i can't believe that after so many years of living i never noticed him. we were assigned to the same homeroom this year. and every day i would fall more and more in love with him. he's a little shy, but his sense of humour and his dirty mind just makes me smile no matter how much i cried the night before. i never really talk to him at school, since his friends are kinda intimidating, however on the bus home, we laugh smile and talk together. up until now i have been crying every night, knowing that he was going to move to a boarding school halfway through the school year and across the world. however, a few days ago he told me that he wasn't leaving after all. i felt like a huge weight has been taken off of my shoulders. still, i can't think of how to tell him how i feel. i don't know how he feels. i see him looking at me across the classroom with his stunning honey brown eyes. he would never smile at me. but when he wants to talk or ask about school he always comes to me. we have been through a few arguments because of misunderstandings and my so called "friends" spreading rumours. he even got me a Christmas gift. i'm planning to tell him on valentines/my birthday. but i don't know how. i just love him, and i want him to be happy and smile everyday with his pretty lips and smile. 💕💕💕 i know he would never see this, but A? i love you. and you give me butterflies. please, even if its not me that you are smiling about, i wan't you to keep smiling and living and being the goofy idiot that you are.
