What do you use for the glass on the blast cabinet. I recently uploaded to the same one having problems finding cheep glass for it. The protection plastic sheets suck. What Nozzle are you using on that pressure pot. Can you do a video on your set up 🤙

@@madmike1007 I use shark bite which does really good on any part that is already paint stripped.Its not great for taking off heavy rust or paint. The plastics do suck, I have some customers that buy actual glass replacements for the cabinet and they say the last much longer and are fairly cheap. The pressure pot is an ALC with a 3/16 nozzle and a ball valve handle instead of the deadman. It works great (3-4x faster) only problem is it creates a TON of dust and you pretty much can’t see your part. I really only use it on heavy rusted things or bigger parts I can’t fit in the sandblaster.

Why do you connect the grounding wire to each part separately instead of just connecting it to the whole cart? I'm not criticising, just wondering about your ways of doing stuff, perhaps it could help me in the future. Cheers mate

@@deszcz2813 because the rack has too much powder on it. The powder insulates the ground so it doesn’t work. If I grinded all the paint off each time I could do that. A better alternative to what I do would be using aluminum foil on the rack that I can throw away each time.

What do you think Is it worth buying e coat 3 series or e coat 2 series? Is there much difference between them? And what are the differences between pro vs master series?

@@ardistictv ide be happy to answer all of those. I would get the +3 series as it’s new and has a lot more features the v2 doesn’t. There is a lot different between the 2. The pro uses analog regulators to control air outputs and the master using electronic valves and has a digital screen with a lot more functions. The Master 3 don't have built in flashlight?

@@THESICKSILVERADO they do have a built in flashlight. The older Masters do not. I use both in this video.
