Powder coating 4 x R18 wheels in our Nordic Pulver Model XL powder coating oven! We are using Silver Metallic powder paint that looks so great on these wheels!
About this oven:
Internal size is 160x85x60(57cm where heating element is) cm
Temperature control up to 220 degrees Celsius. Reaches 180 degrees Celsius in 25 minutes and maximum temperature in 35 minutes.
Comes with UK standard 13 amp plug or Schuko (EU) plug.
Requires standard 230V single phase 50 Hz electricity so can be used in any workspace.
Uses just 2800w of electrical power so regular 16amp circuit breakers are sufficient.
Oven weights 100kg.
Oven is made in Lithuania and we provide customer support after purchase and all the spare parts if you need any. Oven is CE marked and comes with a 24 months warranty.
Oven comes with two steel hangers and UK or EU (Schuko) power cable depending on your country.

Your video tells 20 min at 180C° , is that the total time or when the wheels reached 180C° + 20 minutes? Thanks!

Hello, that is 20 minutes once wheels themselves reach 180 C°. It can take around 100 minutes for four car wheels to reach curing temperature because there is around 50kg of thick aluminium inside an oven. So total time in an oven is around 2 hours.

@@edvardasbanys2765 thanks! But isn't it better to put the oven at 220 C° so the wheels reach faster the curing temperature? In this video they put it at 180 C° from the start?

If I am not wrong, this is a Danish product. I live in Denmark. In Denmark, there is no “earth”, on the electric sockets. Only fase and neutral. And the cable of your product is attached to the “earth” in the plug. How can I use it in Denmark, if I want to buy? Thank you so much for answer.

Hello, there is a third prong on Danish plug. While live and neutral prongs are round, the third earth prong is half round. You can see it in our other video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4PadqqJlq2boJI So you would simply need an adapter. Or perhaps we can get you C19 cable with Danish plug.

Can you tell me what exactly you used as a means to hold the wheels up? The rod and bracket?

Sure. Rod is a 10mm diameter anchor bolt that is normally used to fix stuff to a house wall. Brackets are custom made. We can not find a way to ship this oven to United States at appropriate price. DHL offers delivery by air but it costs around 2000 USD.
