Rest in peace Chris. Strangest thing you will probably ever here but your music made me decide at 22 years old that I wanted to compete in rodeo in college. I think the idea of of your music was more of a warning about what it can do to you.

i wish i could have personally known chris and spent a day with him working cattle or any chores. i saw him in concert but i wish i could have had a friendship with him. but i dont think he would mind if i call him my friend. i sure do miss him he reminds me of my dad . i miss them both

You know my mom always told me Chris dipped copenhagen and it killed him but. I think he died from something else and it wasn't copenhagen but i can't say anything i dip copenhagen to so if it kills you may us dippers rest in piece and Chirs Ledoux with us my favorite song by him is this cowboys hat i started listening to him at age 11 after my dad passed. We love you Chris rest in peace buddy
