Hello everyone how’s it going? It’s been a while since my last upload. Sorry about my voice all annoying and $h**. A lot has happened in my life and skateboarding. Through these experiences, I’ve continued to stay strong and to be better, not bitter. Hope you like my video I put together myself. Powell Peralta Flight Decks are no gimmick. They can withstand a lot skateboarding street and skateparks. If you can afford it, I recommend you buy one you won’t regret it. Mini Logo Skateboards are another alternative both price and quality wise. You’re getting a bang for your buck traditional, 7 ply, 100% hard rock maple wood, that can also withstand everyday skateboarding. SoLO Griptape helped me stick every maneuver. No slipping, all gripping. SoLO Griptape get yours! Also, the 2005 Acura TSX is a great everyday car. It got me to point A and B back smoothly and safely. Acura/Honda are truly reliable vehicles. Hi there! Searched up IV skaters to see what I'll find. One of your videos was in the results, I'm pleased to see that there are talented skaters from the IV! I'm most likely skating at the wrong areas and times but I just don't see others except the few I've seen at school. Just seeing the few results and spots that I see everyday passing by, even if the video was posted years ago, just added up to my motivation to practice more and get more tricks down even through this worldwide pandemic! Ren G thank you for watching! In my opinion I think Powell and Mini Logo share the same wood, just not the same construction. Both are very long lasting. Just depends on how much you want to invest into your setup.

Honestly I’ve been using risers for so long I can’t tell the difference. But in my opinion they help with impact plus increased pop. It’s all personal preference try it and see for yourself.

But people claim that mini logo and powells are the same wood in the same factory with the same molds, so i dont get it, you worked at powell right? Were they take the same exact deck and putting minilogos on it instead of powell graphics?

It is the same wood. Just different construction and graphics. At the end of the day, Mini Logo are just Powell blanks.

@@samuelyeet6006 Mini Logo decks are made from Canadian Maple, but, they are made in China. I've bought 5 of them and they have a small label on the side of the deck that says Made In China. But, the boards also came with stickers that said they are made from Canadian Maple. I'm assuming they probably use the same kind of press they do for the Powell boards that are made in the US. They are just assembled by slave labor in China like everything else is. The decks have K20 concave, which I think is the same as some of the the Powell boards. If you go to skateone's website you can see the boards all listed there and you can see what concave they have. I started skating again after a 20 year hiatus this past spring. For practical purposes, I'm back to being a newb, but, I've been happy with the quality. I don't really have any complaints, but, then, I haven't skated anything else in recent years, so, I can't really compare it to anything else. Well worth the money spent IMHO. You can get a deck and grip for $35 from Skate Warehouse and I've seen them on sale for $29. So, ultimately, you just have to try it for yourself.
