Hi, Since I'm pretty new to the whole Power ecosystem, I see there was some updates, and now I can only choose trigger Power Apps (V2), which requires me to choose an input, therefore I cannot select Ask in power apps, How should I do it now?

Actually, the V2 trigger is much better than the legacy one. You can just create new inputs within the trigger and use them within your Flow. No need anymore to “ask in Power Apps.” Hope that helps :)

Very good tutorial! I have an issue though with returning the JSON from the flow to the Power App: In the line "UpdateContext({locCaptions: Table(ParseJSON(locFlowResponse.captions))});" I get following error "Error. (JSON parsing error, expected 'string' but got 'array'.)". Do you have an advice for me?

Thank you :) Have you checked whether the flow response looks the same like in the video? it seems to be that you have a different format within the app.
