I need some help, I want use a flow that using this model extracts the purchase order and vendorName from a folder when a file a created. After extracting the metadata I want to automate the file to be rename with this information. Example: purchaseOrder-vendorName.pdf

What in case if I have an excel template with some values that never change and then I need to just add in some columns data from pdf? For example the vendor number is always the same so I can keep it already in the template then I want to add in a different column the invoice number etc from pdf

Thank you for your comment. If any of the Field value is always fix then you can pass that value while mapping data into Flow (Add a row into a table).
