Thank you SO much! I have been stuck on this and the support documentation just doesn't explain it like you do. You are a super star!! :)

Hello Tomasz, thank you for your content. I have a question to the approval user role. If I install the Center of Excellence (CoE) in a separate environment, and a Maker who doesn't have permission to access this environment receives an approval request from the CoE Toolkit, which means they are assigned the Approval User Security Role, can they then see or read data in the CoE environment/ see the env in general? Is there a way to prevent this?

This is a good question, but I am pretty sure they will not see the environment in the list of their environments. And for sure will not be able to iterate over the data in CoE. Nevertheless, the best you can do is to double-check with a test account.

Hey Tomasz, is there a way to add a user to a security role by using any Power Automate action? I have a scenario when I delegate tasks to users that might not be provisioned yet in the environment and I want to automatically assign them within that flow to the security group

I haven't done it myself, but I feel it is possible. I found this post: vishalgrade.com/2020/09/10/assign-security-role-to-team-and-user-through-rest-api-in-ms-crm/. Also - which environment are you talking about? Default one, or different?

Your flow was saved, but with a warning: Power Automate Approvals may not yet be configured for this environment. Power Automate Approvals has not been installed for this environment. Run this approval flow to initiate provisioning Why is this error occured ?

It is possibly a new environment where no one has yet used the approvals feature. Because of that, its underlying infrastructure is not yet provisioned. As the message explain - to use approvals, first create a dummy flow that creates and assigns a task so that everything is provisioned in that environment.
