Power BI Embedded - Real Project Experience

Can I apply RLS on embedded reports using a Power BI Pro license? (To generate embed token and use it in developer playground for Testing). In short which license is required if we embed a single report for multiple customers? Please reply

How are the embed features of Power BI Premium by Capacity (P1-P5) different from Power BI Embedded? If in PBI Premium by Capacity (p1) we can create embedded devices without AD authentication?

when using the files in the repo, I´m getting errors related to the packages: Error Could not restore the NuGet package for the project AppOwnsData: Version '3.7.0' of the package 'Microsoft.Net.Compilers' could not be found. See the Error List window for more details on the errors and warnings. Any way to solve it =?
