Hi this is useful however what if you only have start dates and end dates? And need to able to filter by org, department and teams? I don’t have a report which is already counting the headcount for me

Another Excelent video! Thanks For sharing! I have a question and I hope you can help me. To calculate turnover and headcount I linked my calendar table to my main table by deactivate the relationships and then activate them using the USERELATIONSHIP function. That part is working fine. However, Now I am calculating hire retention in a granular way during a 3-month period. I can say for each new hire, if they remain in the company after 3 months, but I had to use a different calendar. How can I use just one calendar table to calculate this and also turnover, headcount and all the other metrics? I have tried everything but can't find a solution different than two use two different calendars

Hi, Avi! Thanks for the video! I noticed you took off the totals from the table visuals. What if you have a card visual where you want to show the Latest Headcount? Obviously, in the card visual, the year is not specified, but how can you "force" it to show the latest year's headcount when the filter context is above the Year?
