This was a great and very helpful video for someone like myself getting more familiar with PowerBI, using buttons, and creating a nav menu. I hope to take all these tips and work to build a similar mobile layout. Just a tip if anyone needs them. The background image, and white/yellow menu icons can be pulled from the sample file if you change the file format to zip and open the zip archive.

As an example : sales, cost, profit overview could be subpages to each project within the same program. This will require each page to have a summary scroll down which when click on list all of the subpages and reclicked shows only the page. Any chance you share tips on this please please. Thanks for watching the video. Having a navigation pane gives better control over page navigation and adds better UX. For your second question, you can hide all the tabs except one (the home page) and allow the user to navigate to the hidden pages using the custom navigation.

Could you please clarify how to fix it?

The Close button is positioned in a way to completely hide the other buttons when clicked, this is intentional to ensure the user is always in control of the page navigation.

Thank you for this video. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this always defaulting to the Menu objects being open when moving from one page to the next (although admittedly it seems to be worse in Chrome). There is always an extra click required when going to the next page. It confuses the users. I've probably set something incorrectly. Greatly appreciate any advice on this. When using this, it would also be nice to remove the default navigation Pages menu that Power BI forces by default, otherwise there are always two navigation menus. The purpose of this for me was to give max screen size and width for those using smaller laptops. Appreciate any help on this. Thanks

Bookmarks are page-specific here. We have the objects on each page and separate bookmarks need to be created to toggle the visibility.
