Hey dude, its bit of a silly question but I can't find that option to allow users to create and update apps. I do have a pro account and I simply didnt find that option. Is it necessary to have build an app so see that option or is it something else I may be missing? I dont see it in my workspace settings

If it's the new org apps, you'll need to have your PBI admin turn this feature on in the tenant settings of your service.
