So where the dust goes it might just accumulates inside the fan , can you not open it so it can clean well inside the fan? Can you clean it without blowing?

Thanks, that cleans the surface dirt, but what about the gunk inside. Breathing the air coming from the gunk inside is not healthy. I am looking for a fan that is easy to clean from the inside out.

Exactly, I have the same concern. There is a video about how to disassemble a tower fan and it looks to be incredibly easy. I plan to spray the wheel and internals with alcohol and let dry for a few days.

There's a quick way (leaf blower/compressed air) and a thorough way (disassemble fan, clean everything)... there's no quick and thorough way... you have to choose which way you want, quick and adequate or long and thorough.
