Hi, i am Shyam Verma from Singapore. Capacitive load is great in the long distance transmission lines. The three phase lines run parallel to each other and the earth. That produces some degree of capacitance. Longer the transmission line the more capacitance. Phase line positions are rotated to reduce some capacitive load.

One correction at 4:38 , inductor oposses chaning current and not only decreasing current, it induces an opposite EMF given by the formula -L di/dt , which takes into account changing current.

that will not happen We had dc before AC so the best we can hope for is HVDC link for backbone bust AC will still be king in the home to home. transformer is the key

This created a huge problem for me when I installed solar panels on my home because for that I had to upgrade my meter and that was three-phase and the government has a policy that if a meter is three-phase then it will bill based on KVA. So anyone who is getting solar panels please make sure you are planning it based upon kva.
