I never comment anywhere, but I think I have watched this guy grow here for the last couple of years and spent a lot of my free time watching his games that I think I should comment here. Some years back, when he was not that big of a streamer someone asked him in chat why doesn't he do his stream in more pompous way like DrDisrespect. And he replied something along these lines "bacause the people who liked watching my streams are the exact kind of people who would not like those kind of streams" And I was eating something and I stopped and thought, you know what, he is absolutely right. I didn't care about any "stream" in general at all. And there I was, watching this dude halfway across the world playing video games. Every game will almost be the same, he will win in the end and he will have 10-20 kills, but Why am I watching this dude. I should watch a movie instead or a sitcom, those are fun too. But he was right, the reason I was watching him play the game was, because he was doing it very calmly, complaining only where it was logical. I enjoyed it very much. Now cut to 2024. He is complaining about throwables? What? Almost everything is "cringe" to him now? He feels there is a need to explain or give a reason every time he gets knocked out. I thought everything was fair to win the game if you are not cheating. All players have the same goal - to kill the enemy infront of them, and If I'm able to do it with a gun, I win. If I'm able to do it with 1 grenade, I win. If I'm able to do it with 100 grenades, I win. The goal of enemy is to save himself from your grenades and do whatever is necessary to kill you. If the enemy had 100 grenades then they didn't have 7 health kits, or 18 smokes as choco usually does. It's a tradeoff. The goal is to win. Everything is fair (except cheating). I would even go so far as to say that even camping is fair, it is not respected but it is fair. Bacause the camper wants to win too, and he chose that strategy. We have to deal with it. He calls shooting vehicle tires "cringe" and the does it himself. He calls gliders "cringe" and proceeds to ram the silent BRDM over someone. My good sir, shoot the tires if it makes your enemy lose the game. Fly the glider if it gives you the advantage to win the game. They are there for a reason. To use and help you win the game. I understand that choco might not read this or like my take if he do actually read it but it is the logical truth. And I understand very well that losing one viewer does not affect him but I have to unsubscribe and watch a movie or a sitcom. This is no longer calm and logical. He certainly has changed over the years. He has a right to be critical of a game and company that has refused to make proper changes however he seems to nag A LOT. I love watching him play Tarkov he acts like old Choco when he does. Hopefully he chooses to retire from pubg one day to give himself another break. Choco.

I'm a big choco fan, love the fact that I can watch it with audio on in front of the kids, like some of the criticism of the game since it deserves it BUT it has gotten quite hard to watch, need to do some variety streams with Reid. Raft 2.0, Green hell, Phasmaphobia anything thats less competitive. I'll stay here for a while longer but the whining needs to stop.

I like how when Choco is knocked and says, "He's throwing something" you see Quest blur into action and take the guy out. Choco is right in that people are sacrificing gimmicks for gunplay and the skills are not being developed. I agree with all the other comments. I'll also ad this: I find it annoying when streamers get annoyed at people not playing the way they would or the way they expect. The game is changing. It is different than it was when it came out. And people are (and have always) tried all kinds of different approaches, tactics, etc. Intentionally, for the hell of it, for a challenge, because they suck (this one is me), because they are new, or just because they are trying new things to adapt to changing mechanics and player base. Deal with it. If you don't like they way they play, adapt. Or don't play any more. When criticism of the game becomes criticism of the players that's when it becomes toxic. Should there be less throwables? Or nerfed? Sure those are interesting discussions. But whether someone (who almost certainly doesn't play as much as you) is down hill and in a situation where they are holding 4 or 5 grenades playing people who they may realize are better than them they should use every tool available to them. Part of the game is using situational strengths to even out individual weaknesses (high ground, equipment available, zone position, vehicles, etc.). You just sound whiney when you go after people who are playing the game. I heard you complain once because someone was being dumb and shooting you from the blue zone on a late circle. Yeah it was dumb. Who cares. People who aren't professionals play all the time. They (I) make dumb moves frequently. Mostly we kick ourselves for doing it. Sometimes we don't realize we were being dumb. Again, deal with it. If you want to play professional players or people who always behave optimally this is the wrong game. It reminds me of people who are tilted because the cow opening in chess. Stfu and adapt. Play the game. Learn how to counter it. And honestly take your knocks. You are the only streamer I really watch any more (time constraints, life, etc.) but I'm finding it increasingly hard to watch because you are getting out of touch. The vibe has changed for sure.

I really am curious to see how a top down shooter ever made it out of the stupid idea phase into the lets waste a butt load of money on this phase. I guess when adding bots to a pvp game qualifies as a good idea then just about anything does. Choco ain't a positive person anymore. He's bad at looting. He has no strategy anymore. He doesn't listen to calls. He complains all the time. When he gets knocked instead of taking alternate strate he repeats the same mistake again and gets reknocked. Quest should play with bob more or he'll turn negative too or may be they play because they're alike. Not to forget choco used to be a good positive person but I don't know what happened to him lately. I'm glad i started watching bob. At least he's fun to watch and he makes us laugh too

People who are saying choco is salty and complaining about the utilities are the people who spam nades every match Yeah I understand you are bad at game so you have no choice but to depend on nades and mollys. Also carrying 10 smokes is not a big thing. Smoke cannot kill a dude but a nade or molly can. Smoke is a temporary protection you give to yourself from enemies. And you cannot expect choco to remain calm when he gets stream sniped all the time and get nade spam every game. Game should limit the nades and mollys to 2 unit. Its not choco who is getting salty. Its the viewers who are getting lame😂
