I remember these from when I was a little kid in the 1950's. The cool guys had them on their cars. I wanted one, but then when I grew up, they seemed to be gone. I just picked one up from the web and LOVE IT. I have severe arthritis in the palms of both hands, so in gripping this while driving, it seems to relieve some of my arthritis pain. But, bottom line - it is fun to drive! Thanks! Nice review.

ya those worked good when i was on the road trucking we called them suicide knobs.they worked good for when backing up to the dock and for tight turns in a hurry.good video and were i live in up state ny many years ago friend of mine told me we couldnt put them in cars and what not and heck i put it it my s10 and used it a for while.but it is good to help ppl who have problems that make it hard for them to turn the wheel even if its a larger wheel like in a rig or a rv.keep up the good work on helping ppl out on these

I have degenerative neck damage and a disabled friend gave me one of these 20 years ago, many people asked why do you keep that and I said it may come in handy one day and it has, mine uses an alan key to fix it into position and put mine at the 10 o'clock position , I just wanted to check it was not the wrong place to put it. It does make driving a lot easier for me and I am lucky I kept it all these years.

Excellent review. I'm about to get 3 steering spinners. 1 for my car, and the other two for my self propelled walk behind lawn mower 🤣. Steering spinners function is a simple one and it's very effective at it. I just can't wait to see the look on my beighbors' faces when they see me zipping from one end of my lawn to the other with two steering spinners on my self propelled mower 😂 .

Something you may not know is that they have a steering wheel attachment just like this for people who are handicapped and use hand controls to drive. Since they use their hands to control the gas and brake, they only have one available hand for turning - so this product is absolutely perfect for someone who may be in a wheelchair

On the other hand, what I also know is that if you are able-bodied and are driving a vehicle with one of those steering wheel attachmetns, it is actually illegal!! You can get fined for using one of those! I wonder what that would mean for this product that you are reviewing? It is a very strange situation and I wonder what the verdict would be??

That is a new slant on an old school product. They used to be real popular many years ago but they were outlawed in a lot of states. I don't know if they resended that law or not. Great video. Thanks for sharing.

People seem to think these are illegal, but completely oblivious to the fact that ANYTHING hanging from the rearview mirror (handicap/parking placards, fuzzy dice,etc) is illegal. Can't find any actual laws saying they're illegal but there may be local ordinances.

have a right hand drive Willy jeep and it's my right arm which is damaged (difficult to raise it) so must change gears with my left hand. Most of these vids are for left hand drives. Will I be able to use it for ease of turning? I don't have power steering. Thanks.

I don't mean to sound naive but let's say you're driving on a road for three to five miles that isn't entirely straight can you use it to drive and manage the road without having both hands on the steering wheel at times? I'm not talking about being a speed demon but instead safe driving

I was curious, after a prolonged use did it damage the steering wheel at all? I had other spinner knobs on cars before and when I took them off to trade in the car it left a mark. It didn’t ruin the wheel. But you could tell there was something there. Thx so much for your review.

I wrapped a thin rubber piece under it to protect my steering wheel. Make sure it’s a thin rubber piece around the area of the steering wheel wheel before attaching wheel spinner. my spinner requires 2screws. to tighten enuf but not too much.
