You are wonderful. If you are as intelligent and compassionate as you are skilled and powerful, the world is a better place because of you. You have inspired me. Blessings.

What you see here is the result of evolution, the result of thousands of years of evolution. A machine so precise and powerful that it can perform amazing and intricate maneuvers, adapt, prepare, and create new ones as needed. Speed, Intelligence, Strength, Endurance, Durability. All of these are necessary, all of these are resultant of evolution.

Your skills, courage, fitness and agility is immeasurable. will disseminate the word to all of my contacts: friends, familiy co-workers to take a look. You have a very good point, you can have all the power and all the strength you like but it isnt worth jack without being able to control it. From this video i can see you have both incredible power and control... You must be one of the best Traceurs I have seen on youtube. Subscribed!

Freerunning is using modern surroundings to do tricks and whatnot. Parkour is getting from A to B the fastest way possible, overcoming every obstacle. So, yep. This is really good.

Few weeks ago I argued with my professor about parkour, she thinks it's not ok people to do it because it's dangerous. But if we look from that perspective everything can be dangerous even a car driving, what does it mean, that we shouldn't use cars?! No, of course. It's a great sport and this video is awesome.
@a2ment16 жыл бұрын

I like the title of this. I also think you're a lot more methodical than most parkour practitioners - killer balance and kinetics.
@Fleagle21Parkour15 жыл бұрын
The leader of my districts team is actually wanting to test his abilities. He has been parkouring for about, 4 or 5 years and is really good. He wants to set up a scenario where he does something the cops would reprimand him for, then he would take off running on a planned route of escape using what he knows to get away.

I love how the haters that say it's boring, or it doesn't have flips don't get how he even said "...my TRAINING...". Why would you practice something above a twenty foot drop all the time? It doesn't matter how high a fall is... the techniques to do what he does are awesome. And flips aren't part of Parkour... try reading or going and play a sport before you comment... and Poker doesn't count.

This is among the best I've seen! Incredible! It's become kind of a thing to not train in a gym when doing parkour. How do you feel about this question? Do you ever go to the gym?
