What is a Hydro power line never heard of that and I work in electrical industry

IDK, I think this is a Canadian thing if I'm not mistaken. Basically "hydro" refers to the electrical distribution, from what I understand. My best guess is that the term comes from _hydroelectric_ power.

Most of our power here on the west coast is generated by water dams. And the company that distributes the power is named BC Hydro...
