@@mubasharhussain8878bruh an ice cube is not going to cure acne quit with that. I’m a licensed esthetician I promise you an ice cube will not cure acne. Or make your skin glow. Ice cube is too harsh anyway, something cold and not frozen can help with SOME inflammation and constrict blood vessels to help with redness and puffiness. That’s about it. You could do lymphatic massage with something cold, but that’s the benefit from the lymph drainage. Anyone struggling with acne, use a simple cleanser, exfoliant (slowly work into routine, once a week, then twice after a week, etc depending on skin type and percentage of the active) and a simple moisturizer. Give it time and don’t go ham on your skin. Of course diet plays a part too, try to eat healthy as possible. It really does make a difference. If that doesn’t help, especially if it’s cystic, see a dermatologist. A good one. And “natural” isn’t better.

I've dealt with acne and I guarantee diet is not the problem. I had an excellent diet. Genetics are by far the biggest player. So far as acne itself, depending on its severity it can lead to very bad scarring and should be dealt with immediately. Regardless of the hairstyle, this guy should probably just wash his hair much more frequently.
