That . . . that de Witness of de Self is if de nature of Pure Consciousness... de Atman 🎉 Some practise of tapa of stillness of body mind spirit, & a continuous habit of turning inward de mind, intellect, senses: Antar Mukhi is imperative. . . No Amount of words or explanation can really help much unless one starts with some deep breaths watching ones entire bedana like de Vipassana meditn. If we begin with pranayama & de ABC of even 5 minutes meditation helps expand : a spontaneous yearning from within is mandatory & practise of Sama, Dama, Uparati, Titiksha, Samadhan Sraddha : mumuksa. If we can appreciate, adore, worship something outside us like a Hero Heroine then Why not inside too. Adore, Worship de Atman , de All pervading Consciousness is Vibhu - De All Pervasive.❤

Mathaji We can explain with Mahavakyas. That will do it better. Intellectual discussion will not take one to Truth. Ayamathma Brahma. Self is Truth. It is the base of 'i', the core of our mind. Knowing It is not different from Being It! Ramana's self enquiry 'who am i'? Is the potential Revealer of Truth of ineself! Hari Om.
