+Zefra First off there's the basic premise of heavy, the simple man that likes to shoot his gun, painting the a portrait of the Spy. There's also the fact that the spy agreed to it, knowing full well that it would be terrible. Then there's the misdirection with the pencil, showing that yeah, he's not even using paints. Then Spy's reaction, which suggests that the "painting" is great, then immediately after it's shown to be pretty terrible and should be more so to someone that keeps a tiny gourmet dinner hidden in his teeth. Then things get weird as heavy pulls the old "art can be a whole world" thing Bob Ross used to say, but since it's heavy everything is shitty. But the scene is still treated like heavy just conjured up a magical realm of wonder and beauty with his art. Heavy smiles, becoming part of the painting himself. And one bit is when spy is becoming a painting, he freaks out in spite of getting a "good" portrait moments ago. All while Johann Pachelbel Canon in D is playing, one of the defacto "classy" songs. There's plenty funny about this.
