Thought I am in the US as a Notary Public working to protect our “vulnerable population” from fraud & abuse, we are both working towards the same objectives, regardless of differing laws across our borders. I sent the sheriff into my aunt's house to see how my 87-year-old mother was doing and all they did was to come out and tell me she was doing alright with no proof she was doing alright. What a joke anything could have been going on with her that they didn't pick up on

My wife had a stroke in 2019 and her sisters have "Kidnapped" her from a rehab facility without my knowledge,and I haven't seen her since.BUT I AIN'T GOING AWAY!!

? Why don’t you immediately file a missing person report - since she’s your wife you are considered her closest family member that over rides sibling relation

@@wymansavagejr.7264 I've discovered that this is way beyond the pay grade/capacity of any police officer their detectives. At least in Beaverton Oregon.

There's no protection from anyone going through this. No matter what "experts" say. While these videos make people feel good, they do more harm than good, hence the "technical meaning and lack of age range they literally disclosed within the first 2 mins.. which leads to people not reporting. We need reform and ACTION!

My mother passed away three months ago my sister has abused her power of attorney to take money and trying to take the family home she is not my father daughter my father had the property be for he married my mother I have been living in the house for 50 years now she trying to put me out my mother had

My parents want me to be their power of attorney because there are no relatives in this country and I am the only child. After seeing this lecture I so don't want to do it ! Clearly everyone thinks you are a gold digger and abusive criminal if you are someones attorney. Im an honest person and don't need the grief

My father will be 89 yrs old in a week.he had his Will drawn,it’s in a trust with his home.I have 2 older sisters who have stepped in after the fact once he was displaying symptoms of dementia.I just found out my sister who is his poa frauduantly I’m 100 percent sure,just sold our fathers home for $680.000 .she removed me from his Will.he is laying in a board & care home heart broken,wants to live with me,wants to die.I have docs certified to prove his signature was forged by My sister.where do ivgovtobpress charges against the same 2 sisters that never read our mothers Will and currently has $70.000 in a separate acc thsn her Dr husband!what do I do?

I have a question!! Does anyone ever talk about the elderly abusing loved ones, friends, caregivers? If they are 100%competent and know what they are doing what gives them the right to get away with mental/physical abuse let's talk about that please...

I have eyes which means I can’t work wake up early
