Dr. Narottam Maharaj Alreja is possibly among the few people in this world with a unique record - advising Sri Sathya Sai Baba medically and making Him also take that advice! Sai Ram, thank you for this article about Swami's doctor. It reminded me of the day that I was in Kodaikanal and got sick because food poisoning. It was my first time in Kodai and beacause of my diabetes and a heart condition I had to eat on schedule. So I went to the nearest restaurant. There I got sick. I asked the owner of my hotel to send me a doctor, which he did. There came a very friendly doctor to see me. He knew exactly what was wrong with me. He gave me some medicine and within two days I was better again. The doctor didn't want to get paid and later I heard that he he was Swami's doctor! I was so grateful for Swami's help and of course also the doctor's help. They must have seen Swami's picture on my nightstand!
