My husband and I made sure that our children where raised with God as their foundation. Over the year’s I often thought it was for not but I was wrong!! Dutch, until I heard this broadcast, I didn't know how to pray. I didn't pray scripture. I am 76 years old, been in church all my life until I became too sick with diseases, and syndromes, that prevented me from walking or sitting up. I have lived in pain and with extreme lethargy for over 50 years. My husband and I were faithful to attend church and take our children. I have never heard any preacher share what you have shared today. I always felt that I was missing something in my prayer life but didn't know how else to pray. I depended on Holy Spirit to pray through me. You taught me how, today. I praise the Lord for you teaching me. May our God bless you abundantly. Now I can pray with confidence and know that I am praying according to God's will. You have made me a happy woman. Thank you, thank you.

Bless you. I’m so sorry you have suffered so long. It’s always Gods will to heal us. How do I know that for sure? Because Jesus said He came to do the Fathers will, and that He always did what made the Father happy. So look at what Jesus did, He healed ALL. Don’t ever give up praying to receive your healing. What a timely affirmation for me personally. I was taught many years ago to pray the scriptures. When asked to teach a class of elderly mature women at church, I thought, what could I possibly teach them? I was truly blessed to find God's purpose, none of them had ever done this or heard of this! Also, BSF has taught we leaders to look for the attributes of God, and think of what attribute of God is needed in our specific situation of concern as we pray. Now I think yesterday's post is challenging me to pray out loud in my personal one on One quiet time . . .. yes? I prefer to be quiet and pray in my heart / head when alone.

I used to write verses like that on index cards and put them under my kids' mattresses and in other places in their rooms. I would pray in their rooms while they were at school. I know God used that to make a difference in their lives! The Word of God is POWERFUL!

What you say is so good. It's an encouragement to me everyday. Love the way you don't put the word "THE" in front of Holy Spirit, just as we do not use it in front of our friends names. Thank you for your teachings the past couple of days on decrees etc. You are a blessing, and I am being blessed.
