I believe he is saying that he has found the power that has enabled him to focus on his music and also his health. “That’s what it was, I focused on my power!” That’s my take on it anyways! This is what I listen to 1st thing every day and I listen to it when I’m feeling down! One of my many favorite Ren songs. I am hoping he will put it on one of his albums!! 🎵✌️

I believe it's Diana Ross, though I don't know the song. And I would guess that getting legal clearance for the sample prevented it's inclusion on the album. He wrote, recorded and produced the song and filmed the video very quickly over the course of just a few weeks, to celebrate his escape from a contract with an obstructive management company. I'm guessing legal clearance was the last thing on his mind!
