I am not able ad a Cloud flow in my design studio. Its not showing in the design studio.

Hmm. What region are you in? Perhaps not available there yet.

can't find the power pages trigger =(

2 things to check: 1) Your cloud flow needs to be in a solution 2) It doesn't show in the list when initially creating a flow. Instead, create a blank one (skip the trigger on the initial screen) and then add the trigger.
