Power Pages: Upload BIG files!

Thank you. This was very helpful. I can't figure out how to associate the uploaded files in the Azure Blob Storage to the table entries for the upload form. I see a table in my power pages site that includes all of the text information written in the form listed and no information on the uploaded file it is essentially dumping all of the attachments in the Azure Blob Storage and I cannot tell what table entry each one is corresponding to. Am I missing something? Thank you in advance for taking a look at this!

Thanks for your video Nick. I found it very helpful to get my files into Azure Blog. However, once uploaded, if I exit my PowerPages form, and re-enter the form, I can't see the uploaded files. Am I missing something?
