I remember back when a lion zord wasn't strong enough so they had to replace it with the konga zord, but then you see all of these monstrosities and wonder how in the world they could possibly be strong enough to hold together.

My guess is totally different sprit/technology/strength, etc. The Wild Zords were animals, these are of course dinosaurs. I'd imagine T-Rex is pretty strong to begin with.

Well, yeah, he's at least bigger than the auxiliary zords, but then so was the lion zord. (I can't remember how big the konga zord was in comparison) Maybe the batteries/chargers/zyudenchi have something to do with it? I feel like I should maybe track down the sentai writers, honestly wouldn't be surprised if the explanation was 'magic', or maybe stop staying up so late and looking too hard into things XD. Also, at the bottom of this page someone had a suggestion about if the ninninjer (please don't murder me for spelling that wrong) hats would fit on the dino charge rex, where the head would go, seeing as they both had clips.

Fun choice of music...certainly matches yellow the color of happy! Finally, I agree with you: it's cool Bandai went above and beyond with this line. Don't know why people complain, as its better than not doing enough. I guess either way, someone will always complain. It's totally fun making creations. P.S. The one thing I don't like about the Spinos is that they sacrificed the boomerang flip out feature and Tobaspino had and was on the show and they replaced it with a missile shooter. I get they want kids to have fun and have an active play feature but if you make the Spino Charge Megazord, you'll have the shield but you'll be missing the boomerang. Idk I just feel like the boomerang is a necessity

Spoiler Alert- Who found their engergem first ? In order of people who found there Engergem , I will say Zenowing ( Silver) is the first!! He created the zords afterall, then in this order: 2. Koda( Blue) 3. Ivan( Gold) 4. James ( Aqua) Somewhere in Between Albert who had his Engergem for about a year in Dino Charge finds the Purple engergem. 5. Chase ( Black) 6. Tyler ( Red) 7. Shelby ( Pink) - Though her and Tyler morph together 8. Riley ( Green) 9. Prince Phillip( Graphite) 10. Kendall ( Purple) Though she doesn't really find it just bonds with her, given by Albert to the rangers. So technically Prince Phillip is the finds the last engergem. Then I guess the Dark Engergem is somewhere between Zenowing and Koda.

No business says "let's try to make less money this year." Yes, for sure why they made so many things. But it also costs them to make things and they need to be sure stores will buy them, and then fans will buy from stores. If stores have items of shelves that don't move, they don't order more things b/c they aren't selling. Lots of things to consider. Very cool that Bandai made some exclusive dinos that year.
