Yes, Megaforce was terrible. We had high hopes for it since it was the 20th anniversary of Power Rangers, but Saban screwed it up. Personally, I think they should've skipped Goseiger (Megaforce's Super Sentai counterpart) and used Gokaiger (Super Megaforce's Super Sentai counterpart) for both seasons to give us an excellent 20th anniversary season. I think the reason they wore the same clothes every episode of Megaforce/Super Megaforce was in case they needed to re-shoot any scenes or reuse shots for other locations. In other words, pure laziness of the production crew. I actually liked some ofJake's unmorphed fights from both seasons, and he was probably the best fighter on the team. Gia definitely needed character development; she doesn't even get her own focus episode. We can get SIX (or more) episodes about Robo Knight, but none for Gia? That's messed up! People say Troy's the worst Red Ranger we've ever had, but I think he's better than Mack from Operation Overdrive and Cole from Wild Force. Also, "Raising Spirits" and "A Robo Knight Before Christmas" aren't full-length movies; there just the holiday specials that are still the same length as the regular episodes, 23-25 minutes. If you watched "Clash of the Red Rangers" from Samurai, that was called a "movie," but it's just an extra-long episode at about 45 minutes. It's not much shorter than the "Legendary Battle: Extended Edition," which is less than an hour. There aren't many of the ranger actors who played teenagers that looked like teenagers. Which ranger actors that played teenagers on any of the Power Rangers seasons you've watched looked like teenagers to you, Marcus? Great review, as always! Just more season to endure, and then you get to watch Dino Charge/Dino Super Charge. But then you got to watch Ninja Steel/Super Ninja Steel, which better than the first four seasons of the Neo-Saban era, but not by a lot. I think you're going to like Beast Morphers as well. To me, it's on par with Dino Charge in terms of how good it is.

@Marcus digital your review was very good and I totally agree with everything you said and I pity all the fans including myself who were disappointed by this season I mean my fucking god this was worse than garbage dipped in sewage! Personally I have this rewrite version in my head how it fixes everything horrible about this season but I’ll just share my repairs of the characters. 1. Troy he should’ve been an orphan who at first gosei took under his wing and later revealed he was a bioengineered human created by vrak in the half of the season and he realizes what makes someone human is the choices you make. 2. Noah still should’ve been the awkward shy smart guy, but given some insecurities like Billy and his journey as a ranger gives him more confidence and bravery. 3. Gia should’ve instead been shown as the popular girl but she only had two bffs Emma and some other girl. And she also maybe notices she was a bit of a mean girl and her journey could’ve been choosing kindness. 4. Emma I actually liked her environmentalist attitude and maybe her father or relative was responsible for the pollution and she shows the whole world why pollution is dangerous. 5. Jake who was my least favorite character should’ve been the “bad boy,” of school and lowered his labeling for Gia to a 10, and he and Gia go on a similar path of being good people. 6. Roboknight still should’ve been hateful for people polluting the earth and maybe go against the rangers because he noticed that rangers also damage the environment through collateral damage in their fights, but then sees the rangers and guardians of the environment just like him.

Love your comment; I know he was trying to train and be great like Carter, Leo, Jason, Casey, etc…but he kinda failed because he doesn’t develop and he shouts out platitudes which it sounds “smart,” but I don’t get smart and reserved Ranger characters like Carter or Andros. All I get is that he just tries to parrot the greats without meaningfully seeking to be great through training, development, and character-ship. He does good things, but they feel hollow and one-note.

Megaforce = MegaFAIL, Goseiger may have problem (not exactly worst sentai) but it still watchable than this mega DISASTER. After Super Samurai ended. I also read the article about the production for megaforce (megafail) during that time it says that the story for megaforce is they are going to use the story from mmpr, after I read the article its like *ARE THEY FREAKING SERIOUS?! Do they really think that the MMPR hype is going to work AGAIN its already freaking 20 yrs ever since MMPR was aired. Do they really think that the younger audience who became a longtime fans during the 90's will work on them?* I can't wait to see your next review about Super Megaforce (Megafail) I have lots to say about that series and why the hell Jonathan Tzachor (yes its him from best to worst director for this series) SCREW UP my Gokaiger series along the use of the source material. I hate that Gosei FORGETS to tell the Rangers anything useful and barely guides them. 😤 He just casually forgets about Roboknight existing witht he same purpose.🤨Then the “you earned x because of superficial and easy y.” 😂 He doesn’t clue them into Roboknight (creation, purpose, and abilities)-not a thing- and then, to top it all off-Gosei neglects to tell them (his team of teenage rangers) about Roboknight and then shifts HIS (Gosei’s) responsibility to five teenagers to convince a glitchy robot to fight with the rangers and protect civilians!😠 Why?! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ It’s not their fault for NOT knowing about RK BECAUSE they don't have the experience, knowledge, and guidance that Gosei has gained from being mentored by Zordon and living for eons (sleeping for eons)! Hello, that is your job, Gosei; you are the mentor who is supposed to help, guide, serve, and protect the Rangers with your wisdom and experience-yet he does little to nothing that’s including sleeping whenever monsters threaten the earth!😅🤔😬

Well I wish the theme song should’ve been better, instead of Go Go Power Rangers! Nothing beats the original theme song, I agree with you man. The first episode some parts of the episode did mess up a bit like from Day Of The Dumpster. I finished the season and will see what happens in the next season. I watched Gokaiger a bit like short clips not every episode but the suits look good, the adaptation should’ve been changed instead of Super Megaforce.
