I remember seeing Power Rangers after college and thinking: When is Godzilla going to make a cameo and then the Green Ranger appeared.

well, considering the Power Rangers is based off of the Sentai Rangers and that is 20 years older than when the first Power Rangers was syndicated, Sentai Rangers did it first before Voltron. But this is the mid 70's early 80's. This was the age of giant robots so this and Zoids, Macross, and Gundam

Fun fact Bryan Cranston was in the Original power rangers. He was in two episodes he voice two characters. Also, Walter White is also my dads name.

I have the same feelings except opposite. I am still a huge fan of power rangers and I haven't really heard of Voltron until they made the reboot for it.

The script for this movie was written, in part, by the lead writer for Thor (the first one). It kinda shows as well, since you can see several similarities between the stuff in this trailer and what they had in that movie. Also, I agree with your feelings on this trailer. I actually did grow up watching and loving Power Rangers - it came out when I was in kindergarten. So as someone who was interested to see what they'd do with the material more than two decades later, I'm not too impressed with this trailer. Cranston's lines don't really carry that much energy, despite the fact that he's a great actor especially compared to the original actor for Zordon, who has since passed away. Overall, I felt like this trailer undid the work of the last one, which really pulled me in by being conservative about what it showed, because this one just seemed to throw all of the movie's big surprises out. It's a bad trailer, along the lines of Batman V Superman, when it basically shows me the plot for the entire movie.
