Effective workout. One 10 minute round was more than adequate for my first time. Thanks for all the great content!

Thank you Shane, this is the workout that improved my stroke. Ever since your recent video about the power curve I’ve been desperately trying to correct mine. My curve would shoot straight upwards as I was driving too quickly. This workout, on level 10, has finally made my body understand how to drive through the stroke as snatching at the catch is too hard with this much resistance. My time per 500m didn’t seem to improve at all until I started understanding how to drive throughout the whole of stroke. Now my times are so much better. Thank you so much again!

Dear Shane, I've had my Concept 2 for a year. I love it -- but struggle with technique. This video is exactly what I need. Thank you. Best wishes, John in the Peak District.

This was a great workout. My glutes just hate the rower. I'm o an airpad and everything and my glutes just feel frozen at the end. I hope they learn to adjust at some point.

When my shoulder is a bit more coopertive, I have faith that 3 rounds of this will deliver a healthy spankin. But I also believe it's precisely what I need to continue to lower my 42K time.

This actually should be an awesome drill. Unfortunately, I run into a small hernia that says "hey, you can't do that". Doc says "no grunting" = no holding breath while engaging core. Can't safely bear down that hard. Any ideas around that?

How do I avoid the sensation that my butt is ‘lifting’ off of the seat?
@busterchops5 жыл бұрын
Late reply here but... You don't. That is a good feeling to have because it shows that the drive force is going more horizontal. If you open to much with the body it will drive your weight onto the seat and you will feel more planted. That more planted feeling is worse than the almost coming off feeling. It is a matter of managing that "coming off" feeling with NOT actually coming off that will help maximize the drive force. A saying I like to use is "pressure on the feet, light on the seat." Others may disagree though.

Great videos but it is SO difficult to find your favorites because the front photos are too similar.

I found the best way is to save the workouts in my own playlist so I can go straight to them. I have a current training list, drills and tips and then finally a playlist for my next training cycle. That’s probably the quickest way to make sure you always know where the videos are.

Hey I was a victim of the 60s scoop. Be careful What you say. I was actually put into a white dysfunctional family. I am still having nightmares. Get educated man!!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself.

@@flyinlion963 Your story occasionally happens with non indigenous and indigenous. I will not stand down from the goals that were to put indigenous children in safe homes from dysfunctional parents.

Would you be so kind as to elaborate on an alternative? It’s easy to spot a potential issue, but takes more effort to provide a solution.
