@@D.electricalmagictrick Kindly Crosscheck and read the question once again Dinesh, See I have explained the concept about ACSR Conductor and you have stated the formula for STRANDED conductor. Kindly Note that For stranded conductor that formula holds true but if You have asked the question about ACSR Conductor then Whatever I have explained is correct. Try to understand the difference in two conductors. I hope you have understood the same.

Sir if they asked 66kv which type will be the answer dog/panther?
@ElectricalEngineeringMCQs4 жыл бұрын
You may choose depending upon the options provided and for sure the options will be placed such a way that either they will ask you about maximum voltage capability then for dog it will be 66kv or for panther it will be 132 kv dont worry the options will not contradict with each other just keep that table remembered.

11.no qes ka ans I think "a"hoga. 3ph 4 wire cable k lia- neutral conductor is equal to the phase conductor, Bt 3ph 4wire overhead line k lia- neutral conductor is half of the phase conductor. May right hu ya wrong iska ans pls comment box mey hi de diziye ga.
@ElectricalEngineeringMCQs4 жыл бұрын
Generally, If the three loads were identical in every way (same impedance and phase angle), then the currents flowing in the three lines would be identical. The three currents meet at the star point of the load. The resultant current returning down the neutral wire would, therefore, be zero. The load, in this case, is known as a balanced load, and the neutral is not strictly necessary. However, it is difficult, in practice, to ensure that each of the three loads is exactly balanced. For this reason, the neutral is left in place. Also, since it has to carry only the relatively small ‘out-of-balance’ current, it is made half the cross-sectional area of the lines. In some cases, the same-sized cable is normally used for all four wires both to allow for inevitable imbalances and to also ensure that the neutral cable has equal tensile strength as the phase conductors. For cable you can say we can use same sized neutral cable.

Sir Q.20 is quite confusion. I found in many articles for household wiring now a days PVC is replacing rubber ???
@ElectricalEngineeringMCQs4 жыл бұрын
Indeed, Kuldeep. Actually It is so even I have found out the same after rigorous crosschecking in various references the Rubber answer was given. Nonetheless I'd suggest you to click as per the option and I dont think the options will contradict with each other in the exam. Our kind understanding is always better.
