It bring me joy every time someone discovers Dr. David Hawkins work. I discovered his work two years ago when I read Letting Go; the pathway of surrender and it changed my life.

I have the second book “Letting Go.” In it, Dr. Hawkins says the for much of our lives, we suppress our emotions. They stay with us. We need to release these negative emotions, because we can’t get to the good ones until we do.

Thank you Anna. Your videos are wonderful and have given me more confidence that I am heading down the right path. I am an independent thinker and for that I am often challenged by others who do not think as I do or, for that matter, think at all. I am planning on reading "Power vs Force" because of your video and will add it to my long list of stimulating books that I have read over the past three years. You are amazing and I am glad to have stumbled on your You Tube site. Thank you so much!!!

Thank u for sharing that excerpt of insight. I've recently came to a time in my life where I'm completly sober and focusing on my spiritual growth. After a 3 year long dry spell of not playing or writing any music I am now writing again. Thank u for your content. Being an artist and musician can be a pretty lonely state of being sometimes so thank u for reminding us all that we are not alone. Take care and god bless.

Having left a cult at 28 years old, I have become an agnostic atheist who is very skeptical of spiritual claims. When I've heard you mention it, I notice myself recoil internally, even when you're sharing your own experiences, because for me, spirituality was always used as a weapon; a form of abuse. I appreciate your channel, though, and I'm learning slowly that spirituality can fit into my life, although it probably holds a different kind of definition than the one I was raised with. Thanks for sharing this!

I haven't finished watching this video yet but I'd like to share a thougut ( before I forget it). I think it's wise also to try to figure out when not to use our power, for example in situations when we deal with more than one person and there are possible conflicts of interest.

when utilizing a phonetically backwards language, Power is a commodity. Case in point if i have a sack of water with minerals , under the guise of draing the swamp i modulate with uhf/vhf we have a galvanic reaction at which point a new renewable resource has been repackaged, a mobile D-(AURA)cell , which we know from a famous book with a murderous talking bush, its also known as the coronaeffect, not to be confused with a biofield. side note, we also have the abilty to deplete iron through said process, this is great specifically for induced "mental illness", wich causes a voltage mismatch between hemispheres.. ie bipolar disorder. as for force, this is the part where the law of attraction meets the law of tonnage , the later is preferred as a quick reeducation usually leaves quite a mark for generations to come,

A metaphor is only as good as your ability to extend it. If you have got to the point where you cannot extend a metaphor any more then it makes sense to stop using a metaphor to help yourself understand something but understand the thing itself instead. The extract actually contradicts itself. If power always stays still then by net definition it cannot change anything only preserve the status quo. And yet the way the text links power to creativity clearly shows that it's all about the existence of new things and therefore change. Basically, if you're going to use laws of physics as a cultural metaphor it works best particularly when extended if you're explaining how different cultural concepts work together or at least need to. This text appears to be using the laws of physics as a metaphor to demonize one social concept whilst glorifying another. The reason this is a bad idea is that force and power are not really things in physics. Force and power are actually different measurements that you can use to describe a thing. For example, you might decide to talk about the power of an electric motor or how much force can produce. I think a much better metaphor to use would be one that involves both power and force being described as potentially good or potentially bad but doesn't just talk about scalars talk about vectors as well. Because vectors are basically just scalars with a direction included and when considering any kind of cultural concept direction itself is important. Although the nice thing about these metaphors as they can work both ways who knows maybe one day they'll be used to teach philosophy students physics.

Thank you for your insights! You bring up interesting points, and the book addresses some of your questions/points, although it would be too long of a response for me to place here. I may end up making another video summarizing it and addressing some of your thoughts in the comment. If/when that happens, I’d love your input!

Love's embrace, without demand, A soothing balm, healing so kind. In the creative heart, love's essence we see, Loves sacred dance, could set us free. Knowledge, the eye of longing's gaze, Self-discovery transcends the ancient maze. Heart purified by wisdom's light, A seamless blend of knowledge and inner lighht. Unity whispers in the eagles ear, Knowledge plus action pushes us harmoniously near. The world a playground for all, No hatred lingers, only love maintains. Contentment, a wealth beyond compare, Heaven's heights in a soul stripped bare. Remembrance found in a meditative state, Contentment's bliss, the heart's true mate. Wonderment unfolds in every view, Beings finding self, selfs that serve are true. Wisdom blooms where wonder takes hold, In awe, life's mysteries gently unfold. True poverty, absolute nothingness revealed, In vanities departure, God's love is sealed. The truth proclaimed in whispers clear, Joy births life a new, as we draw near.

In the book of Wisdom, chapter one, We find Honesty, outshone by none. Rather than a web of lies to spin, Embrace the truth that dwells within. Open-mindedness, a field so wide, Where thoughts like birds are free to glide. A closed door, a missed chance, An open mind, life’s merry dance. Willingness, the essential seed, From which blooms every noble deed. To venture into the impossible's night, One must carry their courage as a light. Honesty, like a mirror so clear, Reflects our soul for all to hear. Open-mindedness, a sky so vast, Holds the present and the past. Willingness, a river's flow, Carries us where we wish to go. These virtues three, let us hold dear, For in their absence, we live in fear. In virtue's realm, let courtesy reside, A gentle grace that flows from heart's pure tide. Kind words and acts, like blossoms in the morn, Embrace the world, where love and peace are born. Integrity, a beacon shining bright, A steadfast guide through darkness and through light. With honesty, the soul stands tall and true, Unswayed by falsehoods, steadfast and imbued. In self-control, a sacred art is found, A mastery of self, where peace is crowned. Temper desires with wisdom's gentle hand, And find tranquility, like stillness of sand, Perseverance, a flame that burns within, Fanning the spirit, where dreams and hopes begin. Through trials and tribulations, ever strong, With steadfast courage, we shall journey along.

In the deep stillness of your soul's embrace, Unveil the universe within, a sacred space. For love, the highest form of wisdom's flight, Transcends all bounds, ignites our inner light. Consciousness, a canvas vast and wide, Where life's brushstrokes dance in joyful stride, Creating a masterpiece, our existence's grace, A journey within, a timeless, boundless place. True evolution's song, a melody so fine, Resides not in changing, but in the divine, Awakening the infinite, within our hearts' call, Love's universal language, uniting one and all. The journey of self-discovery's brave start, Begins with the courage, to search within our heart, Ending with the wisdom, to embrace all that is, A tapestry of existence, where unity and diversity kiss. Every moment, an opportunity to elevate and shine, Contributing to the awakening, in this grand design, The power of intention, a force to behold, Align with love, and miracles unfold. In this tapestry of life, each thread so rare, A unique expression of the divine, we share, Honor the diversity, cherish the unity, For in this grand creation, we find our community.
