Ricky, it's so damn satisfying to watch the dirt, grime, and mold disappear with the wave of your wand! Whatever your fee was for such an excellent job, I'm sure the value of their home increased by at least triple that! With the results you deliver, the money paid for your services isn't really an "expense", it's an investment! Cheers, my friend!

Yes indeed, I see many houses that are for sale and pop a leaflet through in case they decided they need a clean up, but most are dont bother and dont care about the apperance of the house they are selling

The builder took a lot of artistry and effort, and expense to lay down the paved stones, not thinking of the "wear and tear" down the road. Beauty hidden under dirt and grime for a few decades. Nice job restoring the driveway to its former glory. The flower beds are saturated.

I have to say out of all the pressure washing videos I’ve seen, yours has tTHE BEST editing. I don’t know what software your using or if you’ve hired someone to do it for you, but it makes the videos really enjoyable to watch. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Hey Ricky. What water heater do you use in your van? I have a Lawn Care & Pressure Washing business here in Devonport Tasmania Australia. Lots of moss here, rains a lot so i supliment my lawn care with pressure washing to get me through winter. I'm working from a Kia Carnival van & a trailer so was thinking of setting up the van just for pressure washing and keeping the trailer for lawen care only. It's a high temperature, it definitely adds to the cleaning power but also the high Temps help to kill bacteria

Just the normal 3/8 ones , if you find it too much you could get 1/4 ones but this will reduce your flow

How do you decide when to steam clean versus power wash? Are there certain things each is better at removing or cleaning?
