Nick being surprised at Bizzy's pick of Big Pun being in his top spitters just proves how criminally underrated Pun was and how he does not get his fair props today
@216Numbskull5 жыл бұрын
Big Pun is in no way underrated in the hip-hop game. Especially with the greatest emcees to ever spit on the mic! They have mad respect and give him props.The reason he's not always brought up in emcees top 5 list. Is mainly because of his short career and life. He only put out 2 studio LP's. A lot of times it goes as well for Big L. and his catalog of music. But, the real hip-hop fans and industry knows what fire spittin' beast's they both were and will always be! Both dropped some of the most iconic bars ever. ++Peace,Rap, & Rock n' Roll++
@216Numbskull5 жыл бұрын
@Cell Phone, True that B. and deservingly so to be in the conversations. The difference in Biggie's case is he's still an open case that will probably always be. And the years of turmoil between east coast, west coast, him and Tupac, and their unsolved deaths became larger than life in mystery and remembrance. And not only in the hip-hop world, but the whole world itself. It doesn't matter whether your a hip-hop fan, into Heavy Metal, or Country music etc... They both became a household name, which took a life of it's own. And I also think why both Pac and Biggie are always and most of the time the top 2 mentioned on Top 5 lists is out of respect, and they've been mentally ingrained in the minds of the hip-hop world. IMO I think all 4 of um we've mentioned were great emcees. But, it's such a hard list to come down to for me. But I can only imagine the fire all 4 would be spitting today? And why he was known as the Notorious B.I.G !!
