Hi Mike, all the best to you man, great work, I recently found out about RTS, though I’m still currently running a percentage based program, I utilized RPE in my program and I also used the RTS training log. Grateful for you man, great work, thanks.

I also train in a much similar manner in that I work the major 3 compound lifts with high frequency and less intense work throughout the week. Question: How frequently do you train during the week like this?

wow. you need to do more videos like this with the commentary. almost like mark bell's super training.tv commentary videos jimmcdanalds works and uploads on youtube. informative, interesting, and overall great

Mike ,, why do you drop your hips right before the pull, I was taught to pull keeping hips high

The weight still leaves the floor with his hips high. He just does a lot of rituals.
