does this also work for german characters? some characters changes when i check the csv file upon.

This should work for German characters too. There is just a problem with the encoding of CSV which can change these characters. You would need to edit the csv file in a compose action and add this function: concat(uriComponentToString('%EF%BB%Bf'),body('Create_CSV_table'))
